A video of a man driving is shown and we hear gunfire and explosions in the background. Several scenes show people firing guns into the air and chanting. ► A video shows a man lying motionless on the floor and he sits up and yells causing a woman to scream. A man and a woman argue over video chat and he breaks up with her. A woman yells at her dog and throws him out of her apartment. A man complains about people ignoring you if you’re in trouble. A man says that dogs are dirty like pigs. There are several references to acts of terror.
A man threatens a woman and says that he will order a fatwa against her and refers to her as an “unclean person,” and that it will be a “long and painful death.” We read messages that refer to, “What if they find me?” We hear reports of bombings, references to Sunni fighters and young women joining ISIS in a few scenes. A woman talks about her mother overdosing and that she had taken out a payday loan that she didn’t realize had an enormous interest rate. A man says, “Converts are more serious about religion.” A man asks a woman what she would like as a dowry and offers her “The life of someone that has offended you.” A man talks about someone being shot in the leg. A woman asks a man what his job is and he says, “Killing people.” A man says that women wear explosive belts and blow themselves up.
A woman reads an article about someone being beheaded. ► A man says that he was stabbed three times and when his brother attacked his attacker and he was sent to prison for 16 years. A woman screams and collapses to the floor when she sees a man attacked with an explosive and his phone goes dead she assumes he is dead and feels responsible. ► A video shows children being attacked by drones and we see an explosion and dust and rubble (no dead bodies or wounded victims are seen). A blurry video is shown with a young woman being stoned to death by a group of people (we see a pool of blood on the ground under the body). – We see videos of people being beheaded and having their throats slit: we see the gestures toward the killings but the scenes cut away before death.
